After 65 days pass - June applicants for September

Can you post here if you are still waiting?
(I applied 14th June).

How many days after 65 days pass, do we/you have to wait before emailing them?
Does writing to Cic just slow the process or does it make the decision come any sooner?

Applied on 9th june... Medical is passed but no further updates afterwards. 5th sept my session will begin.
Very short period of time is left.
