Even dont try wast your $ and time i give them all the srong fill they rejected my visitor visa it goes to pakistan so much headache + the visitor should go to pakistan for biometrics i was desapointed at the end of day

Visa cannot be issued without a valid medical
Have you ordered for notes? It will help you to know the status of your file

You should order notes as soon as possible to see how far you're case is. Do you know if the eligibility is passed?
The same thing happened to me where my medical expired in October and never got an e-mail for a re-medical. When I ordered notes it said that an e-mail was sent for the re-medical in december but I never actually received it. I had to contact my MP and e-mailed NDVO several times until they finally re-sent the e-mail. A waste of 2.5 months
