I I got my visa las week Is it possible that I stay till Feb 2016 I have work here to done in visa I have about 8 months stay

Exactly, I see other 2015 applicants getting remeds and PPR.....is there any specific order NDVO handles applications? It seems like the afghan nationals are being left behind :'(

from a ware-torn country like us plus everything is difficult to verify it takes longer than usual i believe, and further more i guess they take their time when it comes to Afghan apps, its so frustrating and i hate it, there should be a way how we can speed this up, any idea?

It's absolutely not fair! How much more verification do they need when our daughter is turning 1? I have a great job, I have a home, what more do we need to do? I'm so frustrated. We should get first pick as our spouse lives in a country where tomorrow is not guaranteed. The Liberals really need to start living up to their promises!

There are several candidates that wrote to New Delhi Visa Office , regarding situation in Kabul, even recent earth quick but unfortunately, Our respected New Liberal Minister of Immigration is busy with refugees. Spousal sponsorship does have weight on voting population, therefore it can be dealt at the end of his term. However, unless the order comes from higher authorities of CIC, immigration officer at NDVO can not expedite your case...

If you would like to help yourself and I have seen some other candidates from that region which are unfortunate and can not apply for temporary visit visa like Indian citizens THEN

Open a petition under https://www.change.org/ and write all the concerns of afghan applicants which I believe has enough argument and present it to immigration minister and let him take the decision ...

I have seen Afghan applications that completed in 8 months and i have seen some that took 5 yrs, its all over the place, case to case basis. but sure thing its taking longer than usual

i may be wrong but looking at other people on this forum
you get re-medical only after you pass your eligibility

i suggest wait for your notes and stay positive

Zilch, nada, zero correspondence since October 2014, they told my MP to wait until 17 months which is March 2016.
