It is very sad indeed, because i have been waiting for almost 2 months now from the day when we submitted my wifes passport, they still havent given her the visa,
Pakistan is disgrace for every nation on this planet, thats all i have to say.

I'm confused, and I know that these timelines are not definite but I was just wondering, do afghan nationals whose case are being processed in India, still go under the Islamabad timeline (32 months) or would they be under the New Delhi timeline (16 months) ?.. :-\

Thanks for sharing your ifo. May Allah makes it easier for all of us.however in pervious message you told me about phone bils to show CIC that me and my wife have called each other, but its not bills, its all phone card that we have collected, since calling from card is cheaper than direct line. Do I still need to send our phone cards?

2) Do I have to transalate my wedding card? and wedding hall receipt too? plz let me know if you have know something about it. im new to this isssues. thanks Sahil Ahmad

phone cards don't prove anything, so don't bother sending them. if she's called you it will show on your phone bill. if you guys chat on facebook, skype, whatapp, viber or any of those, you can download or screen shot your conversations ad send them as proof.

no you don't need to translate your wedding card or receipt but if you want to send it, it could be supportive.

if it has gone directly to new delhi, it must follow new delhi's timeline. for those whose applications went to pakistan then india, then supposedly they are given priority. Pakistan screwed everyone over we should not even consider the 32 months.

I pray that your right Hope_123! My case was sent directly from Canada to New Delhi on January 29, 2014. So I hope I hear something insha'Allah this month. I pray that everyone hears something soon insha'Allah.

Im applying to sponcer my wife from AFG. as we all know its hard and frustrated, and im new to this show. So here is my question.

When I apply to sponcer my wife, do I have the choice to chose the embassy between Islamabad ,and New Dhlli ? or its going to be decided by CIC? whic one is good and why?

The reason for this question is that if CIC send the application to New Dhli, and if they ask her for an interview ist very difficult for my spouse to get there. Because she need, she need to travel with my father, they both need visa, valid passport for my dad, expences,and etc. its hard for my to quiet my job, and my appartment, and go all the way AFG.

I think Islamabad is closer, and easier but im not sure about it , so thats y I posted this so if anyone has been in the same situation, please dont hesitate to share. thank to those who have been helpfull . 8)

No, it's New Delhi THANKFULLY. Thank God it isn't Islamabad anymore. They don't have workers and the little workers they do have, DONT WORK. Anyways not everyone will get an interview. Especially if it is an easy case and there is no glitches in your application and if there is no room for suspicion. So, just provide as much proof (pictures, conversation proofs) and things like that, and make sure EVERYTHING is included that needs to be included, in your application and you don't miss anything. you won't have to get an interview.
For the record, having interview in new delhi compared to pakistan is better given the political and travel conditions.

Don't stress that far because you can simply prevent an interview from happening by the above suggestions.

Guys this morning I tried to check status of my wife's Passport via VFSGLOBAL website and I see this following message.

Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office ISLAMABAD, on 12/05/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website

Also I checked my email it says

Dear Client, Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX – Your processed passport has been dispatched 12/05/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre, Islamabad. Please collect between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

Does this mean, they have issued Visa to my wife??

I am so excited, I hope this what I think it is

By the way, we submitted the Passport on March 20th, 2015 to Visa Office in Islamabad, Pakistan, so it took 52 days for them to process this.

Omg I am so happy !
