Nope he won't be taxed, but you just have to tell them about it. If you don't then you get fined (unless they don't find out , but that's risky)

Btw I ordered noted more than a month ago and still haven't received them...they emailed saying they've put my request as a priority (this was on Thursday) but still no notes....anyone else have a similar experience? I hope it doesn't mean anything negative

My timeline is:

Visa Office......: Toronto -> New delhi
App. Filed.......: December 2013
ReMed Done....: October 2014
Interview........: Praying its Waived
Passport Req..: In sha Allah soon?
LANDED..........: Allahu A3lem

I received a letter in January to send supplementary forms and I sent it through Canada Post and sent them through E-mail as well just in case. I haven't heard from them since. When I sent the forms, I was tracking my item through Canada Post and it never said it had arrived in India so I called them so they can investigate. In February my MP said they received it on February 2nd but I got a letter from Canada Post yesterday saying through their investigation they were unable to find my item. So I am starting to freak out a bit.
