Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

So my mp did an inquiry on my husband's file and she was told that the application is complete but try are waiting to decide where to issue the visa and the latest they will get back to us will be July.

That's the most stupidest thing I've heard .... My husband did remedical in February does it really take 7 months to decide where to issue a visa.

No offence to anybody but they have a bunch of no life useless people working at cic.

Wow... I really don't know what to say. Its just like when i did SPECIFIC case inquiry and i get a GENERIC reply thats sent in reply to hundreds of other SPECIFIC case inquiries. I don't know if it's just me but I see a lot of stupid things from the immigration office workers. I really don't know who does their hiring process but they are BAD, not to mention unprofessional.

My spouse's was submitted this morning and it says the same thing. I think it means ready for the next trip to the embassy where it will be stamped and then set back to VFS but I might be wrong. ( I hope I am wrong)

From what i read online, it has to say "its been dispatched...... to the Canada Visa Center" then its ready.. Im gonna call them in a few hours.

I had sent an email to VFS yesterday about this status on tracking number. They replied back saying that accurate status will be updated on the website after 24 hours.

It now says that it is sent to Islamabad Visa Office.

Salam sister, you will be lucky if they get back to you by July since I know people whose medical are almost expired and they get nothing. I had my medical on December 2014, but still I am waiting and I didn't get anything as well.

I called them, honestly the guy kept on agreeing with everything I said. I dont think he understood what I was saying. Then another guy, came on and told me that its been sent to the consulate/embassy that morning. Usually wait is 13-17 days. I think the urdu line is more helpful which i dont speak but their english was horrible.

Still cant complain, Alhumdullilah... Atleast I know whats going on somewhat and their is an end eventually. To everybody else who is still waiting keep patient you will be rewarded inshAllah.

To fill this:

1) Your full name: This is your wife/principal applicant's info
2) Spouse info: This is your/sponsor's info
3) Designated individual: This is your/sponsor's info
4) Declaration Check both YES boxes
5) First box is your wife's signature
Second box is your signature
Date
You can ask her to sign the form and scan and e-mail it back to you. Afterwards, you can sign and scan and attach the form along with the request.

As you all know that Afghanistan passports are changing to digital I mean electric, do the Canadian consulate need that your passport should be an electric or the old one is also acceptable. Please answer the question based on the facts.
