yes afggirl, but i don't have a reliable address in Pakistan...did your husband used his tazkira for submission, or not , as i heard he needs to show to islamabad office before submission..

I do not know what is youd issue. Is the letter say he has to show tazkira or passport? You can send the Tazkira to Kabul on Monday and he will have it by Thursday, and then he can submitt it with passport. Or you can scan a copy of it and send it to him untill he gets the original. Just mail it, and he will get it in Kabul if you do not have a reliable Pakistan address...

Salam, now they are very strict they don't even allow relatives to pickup the passport it has to be their parents or spouse. Every year i guess getting more strict so thats why now they are asking for tazkira when they pickup their passports.

My husband live in Canada, CIC received my sponsorship documents on 4th Oct 2014, and i received a letter from CIC on 5th Dec 2014 that my cases has transferred to New Delhi India and till now i didn't' receive any letter, on that time when i checked CIC site the processing time through India was 15 months. Can anyone help me through this that when i will receive my visa or is there any other regulation as well.

I want to know that when starting a sponsership case, is this needed to do medical or can be done when requested and where in Kabul can be done, whats the fee. i also want to know is this necessary for the girl to do job when sponsoring husband or just need the money to support, how much amount should have and for how long should do job. am also in same ship, CIC received my Doc. on 9th Oct and then transferred to NDI but i did get an email not letter.
well this is the first process now wait and watch. if they needs more documents they will let you know as well as interview. but if everything goes smooth they will ask for PPR inshallah buttt not soon that will happen in 2016 ..
but always keep praying because that is the only way. khudawand hamai ma ra komak kona, AMEEN

when someone is going to sponsor her/his spouse i think they should do the medical + security check, in may case i did both when i was in Kabul with my sweetheart.
the fees is not much so don't worry about fee, regarding the job she is working that is a Plus point and if she is has money in her account these are plus point. but i read couple of comments that they don't need if she has a job or not.
but in my case they asked for my last one year history of how much i paid tax and stuff like that. which means they do check your income background.

I just got back from the MP's office. I received an e-mail from NDVO asking to transmit passport to NDVO within 30 days. I did not receive a second e-mail asking to send it to Islamabad instead. MP's office had no clue what to do. They asked me to send the passport to Islamabad and write an e-mail to NDVO about this submission. What do you guys think?

Did you try speaking to the immigration here?
Cuz they solved my problem when I had to submit my husband's passport extension pages to New Delhi

I called this number and they helped me 1-888-242‑2100
They might be able to give you the right information

when i called the immigration here they gave me the email address for Mississauga office (CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca) and i emailed them the scanned copy of the extended passport pages. I emailed Mississauga on October 23 and on the GCMS notes it said that the Mississauga office forwarded my email to New Delhi on November 17. So, in a month the extended passport pages were with the New Delhi Office. Also, my MP was of no help cuz he told me that I should submit the pages myself thats why I decided to call the immigration here. Hope this helps
