Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

Today i my MP answered me back, he told my husband's background and everything else is passed just need to finilize the application. Do u have any clues how long it will take to make their decision?

First of all that is a good sign and then they will send you PPR and you will be done soon Inshulla Allah. Please share your time line.

I have a good news, I got My husband PPR through email tonight, Alhamdullilah!!!!!
I am very happy
I wanted to give you this update plus i have a question: since I got two email, the first one asking for his Passport to be sent to India Visa Office and then in 10 minutes I got the second emial that He should send his passport by person to Islamabad, Pakistan visa office. Now I am confused which one should i send. any idea? plz share.

I am hoping any body waiting will receive their PPR by this Month, In Sha Allha

I submitted my application Oct, 2013, file transferred to NDVO by end of Jan 2014, interview on Nov 2014 and right after interview remedical was done .

Nick-afg, it is really hard to say anything about late 2012 and early 2013 cases. In fact, I talked to my MP yesterday whenever I asked the question that when my case will be finalized she is telling me one thing that I have to expect Pakistan timeline not India while the new cases who applied in 2014 most of them have got their visas, so we cant say anything bro, but we could wish for the best.

Thanks, thats great news for you i am not sure but before my husband got his ppr a week before they called him for his passport info, hope that helps.

My spouse in Afghanistan received PP request through e-mail. Keep your hopes high and you all should be next soon. I have been waiting anxiously, checking e-mails every single day and night. This came as a surprise and the hair on my body stood all of a sudden. Alhumdulillah. I have one question for you guys...they're asking in the e-mail to submit passport to the New Delhi office within 30 days. I thought we had to send it to Islamabad? I am so confused. The timeline is under my username if it helps anyone.

Looks like your visa officer quickly realized his mistake and sent the second e-mail referring you to Islamabad. I haven't received my second e-mail yet. What should I do?

Although it looks that second email is correction but still i asked my MP and she said she will send an urgent email and will get respond by Monday....I want to prepare all the documents and everything ready as it is only 30 days time limit; and as soon as, i get assurance from my MP, my husband will go either India or Islamabad. I wanted to make sure before I take any action.
You can do the same if it works for you.
