Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

Hello dear all,

Regarding the topic of working and being a student at the same time. I'm a full time post secondary student and I work part- time. I work very minimal hours as my main focus is on school at this point. I talked to my lawyer about this as well and he told me that it won't matter because the government needs to see that I have worked consistently and that I will be able to support not only myself but also the individual that I am sponsoring.

Would the lack of full time employment or the minimal hours lead to a rejection on my sponsorship case?

It's is required to be working before you sponsor, full time or part time won't matter as long as you are showing that you can work if needed so and can support your self ! And your lawyer is absolutely right as long as you have been working in that past and you Were NOT on any government support you can sponser ! If you have no history of work and you were in a government support then that's a mast to work and show income for atleast 6-12 months before you sponsor! If you need further information or the cod of law that requires this let me know I will send it to you !

Hi,
Being a student is fine! there is no employment or minimum income required in order to sponsor your spouse. I didnt work, but before I submitted my papers I starting working parttime.. so i had a very low income for that year that i submitted my application. During the Process of my application I had stopped and started working again and then went to school while working parttime.

Therefore, the lack of full employment or minimal hours does not lead to a rejection of a sponsorship case because it is not a requirement to begin with.

got some good information for 2013 applicants.
According to MP office............
* Those who are 2013 applicants need not to worry because the main reason of delay is Chandighar office shut down and they transferred all files to New Delhi so we are back in queue.
* Most probably 2013 applicants would be done by first week of April.
* If you have send your Re medical it means your interview has waived and now you are in final review.

Hope this will help to release your tension.

1. Sponsorship Application Status
2. Permanent Residence Application Status.

please give me some more details about it. because under each of them there are different info so am kind of confused. ???

When I checked online I saw they did a mistake with my husband last name . They mix the last name with his father name and make it one has his last name.
I asked mp to fix it, he said I need the birth certificate. What kind certificate lol in Afghanistan they don't give birth certificate.
Please help which documents i need to show him according to fix that back.

Call cic call center ! And tell that stupid guy we don't have BC in Afghanistan

You can get one from the consulate here in Toronto, or create one in Afghanistan or provide a tazkira and passport... Tazkira is a solid document to present a birth certificate or ask in Kabul if your husband can get one at ministry of interior affairs. I know that the embassy or consulate here provides with supported documentations.

He said when he come bakhair will change it don't make excuse for them to delay the case . But now I have question what I should have tell mp, I mean should I say we want to keep that as it is ? I don't want he do somthing wrong with my file . He was stupid. Khoda jan komak ko dega everyday new problems.
