salaam sister as u knew u can't argue with these ppl I told my mp why it's taking too long if the file is ready for visa and this is what she got back from cic
With regard to your wife's PR Application, I spoke with CIC today. Her medicals have been received and all the requirements appear to have been met. The file is now in the queue for final review. However, there is no timeframe on this and processing depends on how many are in the queue before her.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Sincerely, thats it And I am sure this a generic reply from cic I don't know
What else they want us to do its too too too much over and over
Salam
Yes, indeed it's a situation in which patience n waiting is the only solution..
I pray that we all get out of this situation very soon Inshallah. Ill keep u posted whatever reply my MP gives me in the upcoming weeks bakhair..
Hopefully we will hear something by then Inshallah.

Guys i have a question. My wife did her remed in july 2014 but they put the expiry date to december 2015. I have two options. 1: let it be and dont do anything but wait. Or 2: ask my mp to let ndvo know and fix the expiry date to july 2015. If i do this will ndvo use this as an excuse to delay my applic process? At the same time if i let it be they might delay my ppr sayong that they have enough time to send my ppr and take their time?

I think you should contact to Mp, and fix it. Maybe you will get PPR soon bakhair coz I don't think they will request the 3th medical. It is going to stupid if they think so.

got some good information for 2013 applicants.
According to MP office............
* Those who are 2013 applicants need not to worry because the main reason of delay is Chandighar office shut down and they transferred all files to New Delhi so we are back in queue.
* Most probably 2013 applicants would be done by first week of April.
* If you have send your Re medical it means your interview has waived and now you are in final review.

Hope this will help to release your tension.

Hello dear all,

Regarding the topic of working and being a student at the same time. I'm a full time post secondary student and I work part- time. I work very minimal hours as my main focus is on school at this point. I talked to my lawyer about this as well and he told me that it won't matter because the government needs to see that I have worked consistently and that I will be able to support not only myself but also the individual that I am sponsoring.

Would the lack of full time employment or the minimal hours lead to a rejection on my sponsorship case?

Hi,
Being a student is fine! there is no employment or minimum income required in order to sponsor your spouse. I didnt work, but before I submitted my papers I starting working parttime.. so i had a very low income for that year that i submitted my application. During the Process of my application I had stopped and started working again and then went to school while working parttime.

Therefore, the lack of full employment or minimal hours does not lead to a rejection of a sponsorship case because it is not a requirement to begin with.

Inshallah khaire basha :)
