As you can see from my timeline, re-meds were requested on OCT 30 and were completed on NOV 12. Ecas was changed to IP on OCT 30. What is the next course of action? What should I be expecting next and how long before I receive any updates? Thanks!

My cousin is a june 2013 applicant and they received a request for information in August to submit a few documents for his wife including the Afghan National-supplementary info form, the additional family form and the English police certificate. He sent all that stuff in. Yesterday they received another request for a birth certificate of their child and the Afghan National form again. Does anybody have any idea why they keep on asking for the Afghan Nationals form repeatedly. This will be the third time they are submitting it.

Any thoughts

salaam kamila jaan yes my lawyer get all the corespondent from cic and then she call me coz I wanted this as u know the addresses in Afghanistan is not really accurate so my lawyer get all the corespondents from cic for me and for my wife

I see that you have got medical request prior to one year. what does it mean? In 2013 when I applied I send the medical with my application, but in 2014 applicationns I see a difference. It means you guys did not send the medical with the application.

Just send whatever they ask, keep your mail receipt, and make sure you say the same thing on the supplementary form... Keep a copy with you...

Where do u see that brother? Medical was sent in with application, as you said back then it was suppose to be done prior to submitting the application now with 2014 apps I'm not sure. They have asked for supporting documents.

If you ask me and its just my opinion the applications that were transferred to New Delhi from Islamabad do not have an impact on their processing statistics that is why they are taking their time while the applications that went directly there are getting processed much faster. Its just my view.

I sent a "very nice" letter to the minister of immigration Mr. Alexander on Friday about this. I let you guys know what he says if he responds.

Everybody who is this situation should sent him a letter because its total BS.

Oh, I c. However, brother thousands of letters have been sent to minister of immigration, but without any outcomes. I don't know how they are working I can see that application that were applied in 2014 are getting PPR, but application who applied in 2013 are still pending.
