Knowing its done In India now I would put New Delhi, Inda for for the office.

It is better to call and get the info... I know they still have Islamabad as visa office for Afghans, but still a call to call centre would be a good choice... If it is not done the right way, they send it back to fix it...

When you check cic website, it now says New Delhi is processing PR cases for afghans.

No they don't have Islamabad listed as a Visa Office for Afghans anymore. Check the CIC website. Sarah Jan you should put New Delhi, thats what I did too.

Fix it and validate it again, make sure you have the current forms, they change one form in August, check it and see if your form is current....if it is not from the right date, they send it back to you....it is form 1344 e, which an August update...

I had a 5 minute dream last night with a mysterious figure in Suit. ( Visa Officer. He was facing opposite of me ) He was giving application back to someone. Which means they got their PPR, DM, Or Visa.

There is a slight chance of someones case or interview was rejected. If your " In Process " then its not you. Its someone else who isnt " In Process " yet.

Then the dream randomly changed. A guy friend of mine who appeared back in my life after not talking to him for a year and half ). We arent friends anymore thats why...

Im still analyzing what the Dreams meant
