As I see that your E-cas has been changed to IP in July 2014, and you didn't receive the second medical right. What is the current status of your case. Please share the updates with this us because my E-Case has been changed to IP in August, but I didn't receive anything yet.

Yes, thats correct. My ecas changed to in process in July 2014, however at that time my first medical had not expired, so I wasn't worried. Now, however, my medical expired on Oct 15th. Which is why I really thought I would get a remed this month. So we are both waiting to hear about a remed then.

Ok. thank you very much Saeed bro. for clear information. I have the same company and sure I will call a week before :) how about your wife visa process. I know you did re-med. in kabul. do they said how long you have to wait for the response. also how about the passport. Did you send it too ? and how did you send it. I am not sure how my husband remedial will be done but just wanted to know incase he also need to do in Kabul?

For the re med, they said that they'd send it to ND within 2-3 days by email. Right now I didn't get any response by anyone, so I don't know if NDVO received the med results yet. No one told me about long it would take either, so I don't know :(.

We didn't send the passport. When they request for PPR then we have to send it.

Keep asking questions, it's okay :). It can get confusing at this part of the process. Regarding your other question, I don't know how long it will take after the re-med for them to contact us about PPR. Maybe our other fellow members can answer this.

But I'm hoping by next week we will get an email or call by NDVO for PPR!

Not applicable for no military service...
Girls not mandatory or not legally obliged to serve in military
Guys used to serve, but I believe they are not legally obliged to serve. It is not mandatory. It is voluntary. Avoided by working in public or private sector....it has to match a kind of to employment history....

great, you know where it says how your relationship developed, provide evidence copies, should I attached/staple
the pictures, receipt, restaurant, hotels, etc to this form?
or have them in a separate envelope and label them

the same thing for all those questions, like honey moon, gifts

No receipts, but pictures yes... At the end you should send about 30 pics from different occasions plus at home pics... You should also add emails or viber/Skype chats, you boarding pass and tickets... All these copies.... Receipt only if you sent hawala or money to prove it... For gifts mention a few major ones like necklace, rings, special afghan clothes, phone.... I know you girls get so many things, and we poor guys suffer for it, so do not list them all...
Make sure you label all pictures, they have no idea who are these people...send a copy of you passport plus stamped pages...

Hello All Forum Members,
I wish a very speedy visa for all those whom are mate in this process. Inshallah ke bakhair wa khoshi karai hama tamam shawa. Be patient everyone because there is no other way beside that. Never everrrrrrrrrr send a serious email inquiry. It takes longer for some and shorter for some, maybe its because of different scenarios in every file. Some are cousins, some are not even from same village, some have never met before, and etc....... All we can do is just wish every one a better luck and build patient for ourselves.

This email is in general to everyone, no offence to any beautiful member of this forum.

Regards,
Jawed

I agree with Examine jan's suggestion.

But about the stapling, don't do that. They don't like staples, you could use paper clips instead. Because once CIC receives them they will organize it the way they work on it. it's not the same way we have the forms. :)

You could put them all in one Folder, or separate them it won't make any difference to them. The only thing you need to make sure to do is to have a title on all the additional documents you are adding like sometimes you want to explain more about certain question on a certain form. Put the form's name question number A,B or C, etc.

What I did was separated everything in 4 folders.

Below are what I sent to CIC in my full application.

• PART 1: SPONSORSHIP FORMS (Payment Receipt)
• PART 2: IMMIGRATION FORMS
• PART 3: INFORMATION GUIDE (COUNTRY SPECIFIC)
• PART 4: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
PHOTO COPY OF SPONSOR'S CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP
ORIGINAL “OPTION C PRINTOUT (I requested this by calling CRA Canada)
PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT
8 PHOTOS OF APPLICANT AS REQUESTED ON APPENDIX B PHOTO SPECIFICATION
COPY OF APPLICANT'S PASSPORT
ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE WITH CERTIFIED COPY (NIKAH KHAT)
ORIGINAL PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
ORIGINAL POLICE CLEARANCE
ORIGINAL NATIONAL ID OF APPLICANT (TASKIRA) WITH CERTIFIED COPY IN ENGLISH
COPY OF SPONSOR'S PASSPORT, SHOWING COPIES OF RELEVANT PAGES OF MY PASSPORT SHOWING ENTRY/EXIT STAMPS,
TRAVEL ITINERARY
VIBER PRINT SCREEN SHOTS OF CALLS
WEDDING INVITATION WITH CERTIFIED COPY IN ENGLISH
PHOTOS – PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO SPONSOR
