Nikah khat problem,

Dear Friends, as the girl who is sponsoring husband doesn't have Tazkira nor her father. what to do now. they says Tazkira is must. anyone who faced the same problem and solved it. please share your valuable comments/guides.

Salam, it is very simple task, please make an application on Wolayat and say cleally that neither I nor my father has Tazkira, they will issue for him and it will take from 3 to 5 days. but if his uncle, brother or one of his family member has Tazkira, it will help him allot, but still it is not a problem. many families are coming from PK, India and Tjikistan, they get new Tazkira. it is not a problem.

Salam Sadaf jan, they pick applications randomly so don't lose hope. My brother is sponsoring his wife and she is Jan 2013 Applicant and her Status just changed to In Process as of July 11th 2014.

I am September 2013 and I see some November applicants are already changed to Deicison Made while mine still says Application Received.

It also depends on the Visa Officer, some are quick and some are slow. In Sha Allah we will all hear good news soon. Khuda mehraban ast

Order your notes, but until you receive ask you MP, they will find out more quicker for you, whereas notes takes up to 30 days.

GO to the MP in your area. It has to be of your area. you have to give them authorization to check your file info and stuff. call them and they will let you know. do it ASAP its good. theyll keep you updated.

No because I'm assuming that person is also an Afghan Citizen, correct?

Yes, as Place of Birth is Afghanistan (same as in Passport)

Waja jan don't lose hope we are all here to support each other thru this lengthy process! One thing I know for sure that if you come to Canada with not having an honest intention ( come with a visit visa or to attend some trining or conference and never went back and claimed for residency then you will be looking for a very long processing time around 8-10 yrs and with the possiblities of your case being rejected, it will take them forever to find out a rational why you left your family for Canada in the first place) unfortunately many of us afghans who lived in Afghanistan did this and miss used the system which afghans who are living in honesty az citizen had to suffer becz of these ppl! I know this cz I worked with PNP for a while, and I had seen friend go thru it too! Just pray and be patience! Allah is great ! And also your case falls under family sponsorship not spousal
