Neh I didn't talk to anyone from new delhi ! I just called new delhi and no answer. Yes, I called cic today and I talked to an agent and she told me that ya my file has been transferred to new delhi ! I pray for a speedy ppr for my husband ! I really wanna go to kabul to visit him but I keep praying he gets his ppr Az shoma wife case ast right ?

Salam sassy sister, if u had read all the posts here u might have gotten some idea that your husband might receive an interview before a ppr but im not sure though it maybe different from case to case...but my three bros got their interview in June so they r going to india along with their spouses... i have a feeeling i will get an interview soon inshallah and i pray to Allah that we get the visa right after The interview inshallah... keep me in prayers

Don't bother calling NDVO - they dont reply to immigration matters over the phone - keep ordering GCMS Notes ( don't worry abt delay etc ) and see progress of file. You need to stay 2 steps ahead, if u see any reference of docs required etc, send to them before it goes to 2nd 3rd person to prepare a letter

If you need to communicate via email, send case-specific email as it goes directly in your file - if its urgent, send email with SUBJECT: Urgent and File XXXX

Wow! Thank you so much! How do I order the notes that your talking about ? I guess in the notes it will show what's missing or what they need ?? My MP agent was supposed to contact them today but as always MP agents are so damn useless!!!

MP will give you a generic one-liner reply - check my signature, it had video instructions on how to order GCMS notes. I would order 1 every month to keep checking

I finally ordered notes! Thanks once again. I gotta wait 30 days for it now lol How is your case doing ? Any news for you? Yours is a wife case right ?

yes pictures should be good, I heard it's good to have the pictures that has more family members in them. Also you will need to send your Nikah Khat with notarized copy in English. Let me know if you need more info I can list the things I have provided.

I actually had received a Letter from NDVO to contact them if we needed to update or send things. But not sure if yours is different since you didn't get an offical Letter.

Nope no letter or email. In fact, I heard from Islamabad about the file transfer...

When did they receive their letter for an interview ? Are they the same timeline as you?? Did they email you that you have an interview coming up or sent you a letter ? My timeline started from Aug 2012 ....behi tired shodem Az waiting! As soon as my husband gets his request for interview or ppr I'm flying to kabul to come back with him to Canada bahkir

No, mine was parents case - 6 years in total
