I didn't have my dad's tazkira either but it was already in the system. You can ask them to search it up using her father's name and address etc. Or you can try using a paternal uncle's tazkira. Or if the girl is in Canada right now she can go to the Afghan consulate in Toronto (on Richmond Street) and ask for a letter that says she has dual citizenship. She will need both of her parents passports/tazkiras. They will not charge her anything. The letter has an official stamp on it from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan so its legit and the people in welayat Kabul will believe it. The letter basically says that you are an Afghan so they should be able to make a new tazkira for her based on that.abdul786 said:Dear Nick_Afghan,
