process starting from applying to Qomandani amonye Kabul going then they will transfer u to ministry of interior affairs and last processing stage is in ministry of foreign affairs.
in ministry of foreign affairs they will ask you about city and country to where u need pcc.

My husband did his second PCC back in July after the first one expired but under the notes it shows only the first PCC. So, I'm wondering if they actually sent it to NDVO or not.

Girl is in Canada and boy is in Afghanistan , boy's parents are also here in Canada , they had engagement last week here in Canada , now girl don't want to go Afghanistan for wedding , is this possible girl still sponsor boy , they can do nikah while they are away - plz help

Marriage has to be real, you have to have supporting documents like photos together with family beside nikanama and others... If you cannot prove it, you are not eligible...

Final stage is that You get it as sponsor from consulates and then forward ot to immigration or embassy....

1-will they get marriage certificate from afghan embassy in Pakistan or simple Pakistani nikah nama will work??
2-they boy comes from Afghanistan for wedding ceremony will get Pakistani visa or his refugees card issued by nadra will work??

we did same and it worked for us....
i went to pakistan and my husbnd came from afg to pakistan and we had our wedding ceremony there.. a pakistani nikah naama works.
and yes he got pakistan's visa too.. for everytime u visit pakistan from afghanistan u will need to have visa stamped on ur passport. cx this is the proof tht u actually went there to get married. as in torkham thy do dukhooli and khurooji stamps too. hope tht helped.

1: of course you can go through it without any problem, better to have marriage certificate from both Afghan embassy in Pakistan as well as Pakistani nikahnama which u can get it from a mosque called ( spin jomat ) located in Peshawar city.
2: if he has valid refugee card then no need for visa but sooner after wedding ceremony he will b required to have passport for making documents package ready for submission

during wedding ceremony u are needed to collect proves, specially photos at any stage which make sense for immigration officer, time, date and place of wedding ceremony all should match together while filling forms, be conscious of these stuff.
to make nekahkhat from embassy, groom and bride are required to take parents and two relatives as witness ( شاهد ). with four photographs of all.
actually i also gone through this process so if u needed any information, i will b glad to help u!!

congratulations dear Imran.I have a question when you got the second medicine to you how much time was given 90 days or 30 to pass medical check-up??it was just x-ray or full test??my husband got his re-medical December 2015 it was almost four months ago and after we received anything I hope we will get Ppr inshallah I'm applicant January 2014 :'(
