all I can see in my ecase is 1 we recived ur app 2 we start processing ur application 3 medical has been recived but before remed there was only tow lines one was application recived 2 was medical recived , and yea according to my note and they updated it as soon as Kabul doc send it to cic new dehli which was 27 July but one thing surprised me coz the same time and date Kabul doctors send the result of my wife's remidecal the same date cic New Delhi updated and passed on the files how come they did it so fast lol coz I think they are the slowest visa office for afghans lol

Its different for everyone. Some people may have some sort of delay due to missing documents, re medical or its still in waiting in line.

Its normal to not hear anything. Just be patient, and check your email if you received anything from Canadian Immigration. You may want to order your gcms note and see where your file is at or do a MP enquiry.

If you have a Lawyer, follow up with him.

I am confused :-[ as many people don't get interview and why my husband got .... i need your help or any body have idea or experience of having an interview. plz help me with how to prepare for his interview? plz share your ideas, i am studying full time nursing program and so busy with it and don't really know if i really need to go with him for interview or how to make him prepare ..... i appreciate your help. khatera

Some people got an interview, and there is one person who posted the interview experience, and I believe the questions are application forms generally, asking personal details like dates, how you met, and what you do and what your spouse...

Just make him ready and ask him to take it serious...

If they requested you for an interview, they want to confirm your relationship, how you guys met, wedding date or they have some questions to ask.

The more you stress, the more you will feel depressed. Keep your postive attitude because its life and god is testing your breaking point to see how strong you are and your relationships

My husband's medical expires tomorrow and our ecas has been "In process" since July, 21, 2014 .... when will we hear something from them?? they could have sent us a ppr by now before the expiration of his medical...now it means i have to wait for a re-med i guess -_-

That is very long. Oh my god.

When I did our case, I mentioned I would like my case to be processed from Delhi instead of Islamabad because we never went Pakistan and Were unfamiliar so maybe with direct transfer, It has given us advantage for our case where as many of you guys are transfered from Islambad.

Is your Eligibility, Medical and Criminality Passed? I can't imagine being told by my family in law " when will it be completed " and only good news to be shattered by delays. I am feeling some of the Afghans in this thread will get their DM or PPR by end of this year. I am hoping it is sooner but we will see what happens. There are soo many indians applying from NDVO that its just out of countrol for Spouse, Federal Skilled Worker or Student visas program.
