I am preparing my documents for my study permit application. My parents will help me with half of my 2-year certificate program (I will be able to cover the first hald + expenses), so I will have to attach proof of this, and I have 2 doubts about affidavits I will have to attach
1: are the affidavits required to be legalized by a lawyer or a commisioner for oaths? I have seen some examples online but that aspect is not clear, and years ago I did a tramit for another canadian institution which specified some acceptable witnesses to sign/legalize my documents, but I don't see any of those in IRCC web page, so I don't need a legalization or a witness?
2: My family and I live in a spanish speaking country, so I was thinking of writing the affidavits by my own, but is this accepted or permitted? Or am I required that, if I'm from a non-english speaking country I must send the affidavits in my native language + translations from an official translator? I did some documents for a canadian institution some years ago and I was specifically required to send my documents translated by an official translator, but there is nothing said about it on IRCC web page about this aspect.

I ask for the 2nd point since I don't know if the immigration officer would suspect about my country not being an english speaking country, but my parents signing my supporting documents and affidavits writen in english.

I'm kind of nervous so I have plenty of these doubts and specific cases that come to my mind while I am preparing my application.

I would hugely thank you for your help in advance
