My AEO expiry date is july 2013 NOC 2253, you guys knows my problem VO need high ielts score from me i am trying my best to get please pray for me i have one question that does AEO can be use second time if first time file got refuse due to ielts please give advice i am trying to convince vo to hold my application till i prove my english ebility, lets see and AEO can be change PNP or not?

I dont understand what use of AEO if VO want you to prove your English, just like he don't know that one of the reason u chose AEO cus ur not getting enough points to qualify to get 67.. pls can you tell me what is ur total points without AEO? and if u got the required marks in English that also not makes anyone perfect in English, I noticed day by day
Canadian immigration becoming harder and harder why? that's really too much..

See, When you applied for AEO to HRSDC then, HRSDC never testified your level of English... Now, this was became duty of CIC. Your job duties require good command on English and if you have poor score in IELTS then certainly it proves that you might not work efficiently on the position you have been offered.... Try to do your level best in IELTS and present them a good score.... All the best for it

Now, for your question to use AEO again, yes you can use it as many times you want for FSW provided its not expired when your application gets processed.

AEO is issued by HRSDC or Service Canada & not CIC. You can submit as many applications you want in the FSW-2 category as long as the AEO is valid.
However I would suggest that improve your English language skills not just to prove it to the Visa Officer but it will help you also when you work & live in Canada. You will find it uncomfortable to work efficiently in Canada if English is weak.
