Hello,
I've been reading lately on threads around this forum that when you file your FSW2 application you have to file An "employer's letter" or contract along with AEO otherwise application is returned? Has one here had ay experience with that? I thought AEO by itself was enough?
I lived in Canada for 4 years, I've become aware that I need to request a RCMP's clearance letter, I have also been told that it takes approx. 4 months to process outside Canada?! I've also been told I can not request for a clearance letter until I get a "Case number"? I'm currently waiting for AEO, I have not sent an application to immigration yet, does this mean I will have to wait an extra 4 months for the clearance letter to process?
