@abhi can you suggest me one thing,

my study will be of two years..

tuition fee 8000$ Cad

and living cost 20,000CAD plus 4000$ for plane fare.

I am planning to show cash money worth of 30K and another on FDR and savings certificate worth of 40k

Now all of my money are white money and showed on my or my parents tax file.

However, the cash money is in my account since last May'2012. And i am planning to apply in the September, 2012. In that case the money is not stagnant for 6months. Will that be an issue?

On the other hand, my FDR and savings certificates all are more or less atleast 1year old.

waiting to hear from you.

regards

I am also planning to show my father's apartment worth of 60k Cad and i am married and leaving my wife behind Bangladesh. So is this enough for the country tie?

I do have some properties in my village however, they need to evaluate and they are worth of few lacs of Canadian dollars. Do you suggest me to show them as well?

See, according to the checklist, if you are showing money in bank it should be in that account for past six months. But as you mentioned the money is in your account for last four months. I think they will consider this fact, but you have to show them the account statement for last six months i.e. from March 12.

You can also write a letter explaining the fact and do not forget to mention the source of your funds. Place this letter with your application it will somewhat help you.

You are leaving behind your wife is not a strong home tie, because they also know that she can join you there anytime. But you can definitely use your father's apartment as your home ties. If you want to include that village property, get it evaluated it will certainly add strength. But keep in mind that do not replace the bank history docs with these other docs, as it will lead to rejection. Bank docs are COMPULSORY and other docs are OPTIONAL.
