Dr. Karim Sedoum told my husband that for the medical record, he had to send in our application and they would send us a letter and a form for him to take to the doctor for his medical record, is this correct? Please is there anyone from Egypt or Cairo who know`s if this is correct???

When my wife did the medical, she went to recognized clinic. She paid the fee, did the medical, received the 'ok' from the doc, and received her copy 2 of the medical form...the other copy was forwarded to Beijing (where they have the main medical clinic thingy)...then forwarded, we assume, to the Hong Kong visa office...at least this is what we were told...so I don't know about your particular situation...I think it should be fine...

If this is his first medical, then he doesn't need a letter to do it. Your husband would need to take the Appendix C medical form for his medical.

You need to take Appendix C to your DMP to get your medicals sorted b4 you send off your app. see link below
