Advise in Acquiring a PCC in UAE

Hello guys, I'm trying to figure out on how will I get a PCC in UAE... I've read the previous post and I have a Question;
I'm a permanent resident here in canada.. Im applying for a spousal sponsorship under the family class.
My wife is at the philippines and worked in Abu Dhabi last March 1, 2009 until Sept. 5, 2009 (6months and 1 week)

Question;
*Will they require a PCC in the UAE for a spousal sponsorship?

*if ever they do, I've read a thread about aquiring a PCC in the UAE that it is much more faster if you know someone in the UAE to act as your representative... Is it possible to aquire a PCC in any emirate? As I mentioned my wife stayed in Abu Dhabi but my friends are staying at Sharjah and Rams... Is the PCC in the UAE national?

Yes, they will ask for a UAE PCC.

Ok thanks, I wrote them a letter that her fingerprints wont be processed without a proper request from the CIC ... How about question number two?

"You only need to give one (1) police clearance from any emirate in the UAE"
