Hi,

This is for some one i know for some time...

The family got PR status in 2002, stayed in Canada for few months then left as father had a business in Pakistan. The three children were minor at that time and left with the parents. Their PR CArd got expired and they never came back to Canada.

Now the three children are over 18 and want to return Canada their parents are not interested.
Is there any way they can get the PR Card renewal ?

Thanks

It depends - how old are they?

If they are 18 or 19, the chances are excellent their PR status can be saved by applying for a PR Travel Document with H&C considerations and stating they were removed from Canada as minors.

If they are older and have completed some post-secondary education outside of Canada or worked in a job outside of Canada - then the chances are much slimmer.

two children are in age bracket of 18 to 20 and are studying full time.
third one is still minor
