Hello,

Regarding advertisement:

The job offer was posted on: Wowjobs.ca, allstarjobs.ca, Indeed.ca, careeraim.ca and careerowl.ca. It should be on LinkedIn.com shortly (this week).

Do you think this is advertisement enough? before you mention I know jobbanks is not in the list, but the employer didnt want to give the amount of personal information requires by CIC, so it wont be post there (It sucks, and it might be a automatic reject but I can try). What do you think? Should be posted on others website, if so which one you recommend?

1, Whats the point? You can post on a 100 job sites, no jobbank no LMIA

Yep - no job bank, no LMIA.

If your employer is hesitant to give the information for job bank (which isnt that much to be honest, from memory it is just the CRA number) they are in for a shock when they see the information they need to include in your actual application.

I'd suggest that you both review the application requirements advertising and otherwise, before you go any further or spend any additional money...

You asked this question two months ago and got the same answer. Nothing has changed. No Job Bank = no LMIA.

There is no point applying for the LMIA.
