Hi honeysingh....It seems you have done your homework very diligently.....So I would advise not to waste your money on the lawyer...as you mentioned you have been following this forum, if you need any advise in future you will have members supporting you...free of charge ;)

Bank statements showing salary deposit are not required...you don't want to send unnecessary information...

Another advise from me would to sign all the documents on a date in June (after you complete 1 year of experience) - Not a solid rationale...but I think when the VO looks at the application you don't want to give them a chance that your one year is not complete just by looking at the date the forms were signed (although your time is taken into account from the date your application is submitted, but still we have heard funny stories about CIC)

The Cec application guide gives you the document check list you need. You may want to go through it once..here's a link for you:

Yes, I will be finishing my one year work experience on June 04 2013, I joined on June 04, 2012. So thought of taking the letter dated on June 10..

Even I calculated the no of weeks, it will be 52 weeks from June 04 2012 to June 02 2013.. So either way I think I am safe side

Hey honey
You are the legal lawyer of your application. Do not hire any representative. You ve almost full knowledge of application package. i suggest you don’t waste money. this forum is very helpful had horror story in my life hiring representative.

I have been dealing with an immigration lawyer for almost three years. It is a disaster. My employer hired her to get me a work visa and PR now. At least 10 months have been just wasted!!!!!!! All correspondence with cic gets to my attention min in a week from the day it is received! So if possible i would avoide hiring a lawyer or a representative.....
