Any college / university which may accept students in Maters program with low GPA, specifically in business, finance or accounting courses?

Trying to search but till now couldn't find any.

howmuch gpa is require for u of manitoba for msc in pharmacology and therapeutics ? is it so tough to get admission in u of manitoba ..i mean is it highly competitive for particular course? please some one help me out

UNBC and Vancouver island university but these are kind of low reputation.

better go for two year graduate certificate program in Toronto area(its just my opinion because I know some friends living there)
