Hi friends i received my refusal in july .my file was refused on july 15 and i allready apply for administrative review. But again i received another refuse letter today everything same except my name is totally wrong in there .i dont what its mean its totally confusing. Please if any one can help.

Hi amya88 everything is same except my name .i call tgem last night and they goona leave note in their system. First letter they send me on 15 july and second one 24 aug which i received yesterday. And my administrative review was delivered there 30 aug .they said send back this letter and wait .

My file was also rejected as bcoz i have not submitte required 1 form to MICC

why they have rejected your case ??

Interview sept 2015
Om interview they request documents i send them and i got another mail to get more documents.

And in july 2016 they refuse my file because i have only 61 points i need 63. I allready send them administration review. Then they send me another letter but i find out they post this letter before they recieve my letter.but my confusing is its same letter i received it but my name is totally wrong and i call them .they told me to send back letter.

I have submitted AR in April 2016. till date no acknowledgment. Has anyone in same boat i.e. no AOR after submitting Administrative Review.
