My sister wants to apply Quebec immigration she had Bachelor's of Business Administration(BBA) 3years Indian degree finished in 2012

As per the forum I got to know she will get 6 pts for Indian degree 3 years and how many points for AOT?which is in 6 pts list now

Is she will get 12pts for both education & AOT ?

Hello all!
I applied for AR on October, 2015 with lawyer. My lawyer informed that positive decision was taken about the review on August 17 (processing time 9 month). Today I recieved QSC by mail, without inteview. I wish good luck and patience to everyone!

Would you please let us know your files was rejected beacause of lack of insufficient documents or refused because of shortage of points. And how long after sending the Administrative Review you received the acknowledge of receipt? and do you send Admistrative review within 90 days of your rejected/refused letter? Finally, I hope you will be sucessful in next federal step . Cheer for the rest

I was refused because of shortage of points
I did sent a request for administrative review within 90 days after refusal letter (on the day no. 90 )
Aknowlegment came just 2 month later, on November (I applied on October)

Hello Sarr!

I dont think that you can do anything at the stage when your CSQ is refused. Only to apply for administrative review within 90 days after refusal, if you believe there was a mistake in calculating your points (my situation) or to start the new application process for CSQ.

My AR request received in MIDI office on 11-Apr-2016... but still I have not received Acknowledgement as yet. Now they updated website, that they are started processing of April-2016 cases. I don't know, where is my case...

My timelines: rejected 27jul2016, AR sent 08aug2016, acknowledge of receipt 30Aug. Now I think I should learn French to B2 level in case of shortage of points. Hope everyone in forums get luck.
