Address on passport different than permanent address

HI Fellow aspirants,

i have a quick favor to ask. the address on my passport (which was a rented apartment when i applied for passport 5 years back) is different than my permanent address.

I am applying for PCC through Indian consulate in SFO and not sure what address to fill for permanent address in application for misc. services form

if i give passport address then its incorrect as that was rented address. can i give my correct permanent address and send a copy of aadhar as proof of permanent residence?

I have the same question, except I need to get my Pcc from Atlanta. If anyone can elaborate on this, greatly appreciated.

passport renewed recently and got local address than Indian address. none lives currently in aadhaar address. in other words, no proof for current address where parents living.

looking for info whether I should fill aadhaar address or current address

i tried calling BLS but today is good friday, will try tomorrow or Monday

Asked BLSI, they said send us aadhar copy with a cover letter saying that you want pcc at adhar address not the passport address
