How long is the current wait to receive a PCC certificate from SF Consulate, I submitted mine on Aug 02, (the CGI cashed my cashier's check on Aug 2) I have still not received it. I emailed them and went in person and they told me they are still awaiting from RPO in India . Its been almost 2...

I am very confused about filling in the Personal particular form. I am an Indian citizen(passport issued in India not from Indian embassy in US- coz its different if the passport is renewed/issues in USA) residing in the US for 5 years ( and now applying for Canadian PR) not sure what to enter...
