Hi,

I belong to Pakistan and the address mentioned in my wife national ID card is the address mentioned in my national ID card, as the issuing authority adopts the address of husband post marriage. I have got the police report for the different address where she actually lived. There will be inconsistency may be noted by VO. What should I do now, as I have to apply now?

There is no need to provide the National ID Card for e-APR. But you have to ensure that the dates on Police Certificate are consistent with the address history you mention in your Visa Application.

But the checklist asks for CNIC and we have to fill the NIC slot in the electronic application.
On the front side, all details all are available in English. addresses are mentioned in Urdu. Do I need to submit translation in order to avoid any confusion

I applied in October 2017 and at the time there was no need for CNIC. But if they are asking for it now, you should provide the translation as well, since the addresses are mentioned in Urdu. Regarding your wife's address in NIC, just explain it in LOE. Furthermore, your marriage certificate also mentions her previous address, so its nothing to worry about.
