Address Disappearing August 2011

My address is correct and shows up properly.
When i check my wife ecas by using her File No adress was missing since 24 August and when i check with my client ID it shows two times Sponsor process .
Like this since 27 August
Sponsored Person sponsorship aplication Permanent Residence application
XXXXXXXXXXXX Decision made Decision made
same name as above in process Decision made

In process detail is like it

Under Sponsor side:
We received your application to sponsor XXXXXXXXX on July 11, 2011.

We started processing your application on July 26, 2011.


Under permanent resident side:
We received XXXXXXX's application for permanent residence on July 11, 2011.

I know two times process is a glitch but why CIC did not want to fix that glitch. And address disappear is could be sometging wrong.
 
How long it will take address appear .Address is missing since 25 August :(

Has anyone received their address back yet? Any updates from anyone?
It's taking such a long time for them to update their system and fix
this problem if it really is a glitch. I hope it's the real deal and they are
working on our files.

I did some searching into old threads where people have reported their address missing
I wanted to provide you all just a short summary of when they reported address missing andwhen they all received PPR. It's just to keep our hopes up. This thread was posted last year August. same time frame as us. Here is the summary guys.

My address is missing since 25 August i am not expect to get ppr where i am at first stage. I wish at least they start process my application but until now there is no sign of address shows up. I hope if there is no change on file at least address shows up.
As i see it is good for address dissapear when you are at final stage. But i am confuse about mine .
 
Don't worry Mirjahan - Im sure they are working on your file. My address gone since August 25th also. Even if no ppr , let's hope for some work being done on our files.

What is your time line and which visa office.

New Delhi is fater than Singapore.
Delhi does in 4-6 months where Singapore does 7-15 months :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

send the information to CIC by e-mail so that they will know how many are having this problem. Never mention anything about the progress of your application or any other detail could be understood as following-up.
 
Anyone still have sme problem address dissapear and double sponsor process. Today cic did maintenance i have the same problem still. Are the cic are aware about that glitch. I am still.confuse maintenance did not fix that ecas glitch.
 
Is weekend maintenance fix the address issue and twice sponsor process.
Mine is still same.
 
my address disappeared on sept6 and still missing but already disappeared 3 times with 7 to 10 days each
 
I have the double lines now. Just started today. And it says that under sponsorship it is in process and they started processing on April 8th. But my sponsorship was already approved in March. Besides that my husband got a PPR on Friday and will get his visa soon. There must be a glitch. Seems like it happens for those who've had a change in status.

I still have my address, but it is spelled incorrectly. I told them about this in February and they haven't corrected it. Well, my sponsorship letter came even though the address wasn't spelled right.

I wouldn't put too much faith in the online updates. Go by the letters and emails they send you.
