My address disappeared from aug then appear & disapear several time in sep but no any positive change. Today again disapeared. My second Medical Done in march 2011 waiting for PPR 1 from London,

Hello

I submitted my Passport on 22/09/2011 and my Address Disappeared today, so I strongly thing there is something happening at VO when Address Disappears.

I have noticed all five times when my Address Disappeared ( 1,Just After Submitting Additional Documents as they requested 2, Before receiving MR 3, After Submitting MR / Additional Docs 4, Before receiving PPR 5, After Submitting Passports. )

So I think it will be good news for all those whose Address disappeared and waiting for MR Or PPR.

Congratulations for the PPR ... Wish you all the best.
Seeking you advice guys! I have used to check the E-Cas from time to time (once or twice a month), I never though to put an eye/fingers on that .... any ideas!... my medical reached CHC london in April, and the last update to my immigration consultant from CHC was in July .... "awaiting a background review by the Immigration Officer"... he used to send email every month ... last before one week? no update yet.
Your advice regarding e-cas tracking or the follow up e-mails to CHC ... I didn't ask for any update since my immigration lawyer is taking care of that as above.

i sent additional docs(pcc,pof and proof of residence of relative) to london vo on 6th sep and they reached there on 9th sep.at that time my address was missing.it came back on 23 sep,remained on ecas for almost 2 days and again on 25th sep it was missing.WHAT DOES IT MEAN.????????

Dear nabil72,
Your PPR is on the way. Send yourself an email to London visa office as I did myself.email address london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and they replied to me after 3 days by PPR request.
Your medicals timing s similar to mine so I guess you will get the PPR very soon. Try to send email yourself and you will see.

I think disappearance of address on 25 Sep means that they have started background checks on you.

I've received an email from CHC London:

Your background checks may take up one year to complete!!!!!!

Last year in Oct they started my background checks!!!!!!I dont know if u buddy can help me and tell me if anyone has his/her background checks lasted for two years!!!!

The assessment points with breakdown in now available
VO Comments: Satisfied with the work and educational documents
PA meets all criteria
nxt BFD - November 1st week
also mentioned ask for MEDS and RPRF

shall i expect MEDS somewhere in Nov?
