Address changes & ECAS status

Hi Guys

I have two different questions.

1-I had moved to another address after my citizenship application so how can I change my address at CIC ?
2-I received the acknowledge letter from CIC that they confirmed my application and started the process this week, but I checked my status in ECAS web site and says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

How long I need to wait to display my status at ECAS?

When did you receive the acknowledgement letter? Was it by email or mail? It usually takes a from 3 to 7 days for it to activate. Once activated, you can change your address there.

I have received acknowledge letter on 26th of March by email

That's perfectly normal. You have to wait around 3 days to see it on the website.
