that means my case clearly lies in M2... ok then in M2 what are the chances of further medical tests or rejection??

M2 is a passing rating. They would only ask for further medical tests if there were concerns about disease progression and/or costs.

first of all thank you very much computergreek, secondly do you have any idea how long it takes them to ask for further medical tests if they want??

Usually within 60 days or so, though there can be additional requests. In my experience the additional medical request was about 30 days after the doctor submitted the results to the Immigration Medical Service. Then there was a long pause (~5 months) before receipt of the fairness letter (then three months to respond, and another five months for them to decide that I shouldn't have bothered responding in the first place.)

what was your complications?
is it must that due to diabetes and asthma, they will ask for further tests?

I have been waiting for 6 months now since I sent them my response to the fairness letter. LONG WAITING for what. Give me your final decision today better than "guaranteed approval after months. I need to move with my life and career not been coupled with this application.

Hello everyone! I did my medical tests, some couple of weeks ago, today I received an email asking me to go back for additional medical tests. What does this mean? what are the implications and how does it affect my application to be approved?
