Hey, I called IRCC today. They mentioned that even after 3 months if I don't get updates then they will look into my case. They mentioned generally in 3 months we should get updates. 6 months is the max limit. She checked my status online about my 2nd report. You can also try calling them

I am on the same boat, did sputum test and second X ray after 90 days, after that IRCC declared TB negative and just directed to follow up with Alberta health services, ( treatment is optional, but follow up is mandatory)

So i did follow up with Alberta Tb clinic.

Got an update on Aug 18th medicals passed, and bio metrics requested.
I got AOR on june 26th and ITA on april 10th.

I did my Initial XRAY on april 14th, 90 days later i did my second XRAY, In those 90 days completed sputum test aswell, IRCC requested a follow up with Alberta health service, inspite of my TB test being negative.
After i visited the TB clinic in august, they updated IRCC and IRCC updated my medicals as passed.

Just curious to know.. If the TB was negative, what did they ask to follow up for? Like, if you go to follow up, then ask what?

Under which program have you applied? Also, currently are you in Canada or outside?
