Additional family information (IMM 5406)

Hi again

On the form : Additional family information (IMM 5406) that my spouse the main applicant must fill the below instruction says

Who needs to fill out this application form?
This form must be completed by:
You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

I am the Common Law but also the Sponsor. Do I have to fill up another form of the same?

Sorry if i nag nag you people but I do not want to make any mistakes now that we are almost at the end!

I haven't send out my application yet, but what i did is that i filled this form for myself only(applicant), and not for my sponsor in Canada, as the forms are divided into sponsor and immigration forms, so this form is part of the immigration form and i assumed that this is a applicants requirement only
I think in our cases this sentence "Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and"
does not apply to our cases since our spouses are already Canadians,

Camelboy is right!-this does not apply to you since you are sponsoring your spouse!!

Only the applicant fills this out. When it says spouse, then that's you obviously. The rest is the applicant's family.
