Hey! I am sending my app tomorrow. I hope it’s fine if I ask a few questions here.
In additional family information form, is it necessary to include names in both English and our native language?
If yes, then how do I do this? Just print out the form twice? One in English and the other after printing out write the names in my native language?

Fill the form in English and add an extra paper (word file) with the same table and with both names in English and Native and don't forget to sign the additional paper as well.
