Sorry I am confused again, I keep reading the guide but sometimes they are not 100 percent clear..

regarding this additional family information form 5406

do my husband and i complete 2 of these forms separately or together on one sheet?

it says those who must compelte this form is the applicant and the "Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)". but i, being the spouse, already live in canada so i am confused at the way they word things...

who is the form really for, the sponsor or the applicant? or both? and if its both, do we fill in 2 separate papers?

additional family information is for the applicant to fill out

Hello.. Just want to ask on what to do. My husband forgot to include his sister on the additional family information.. We just found this out while looking through his submitted application. His paper is already sent out to the visa office from CIC as I the sponsor has been approved already. Is there anyway we could correct this out? ie. sending another copy of the additional family information to the visa office? Will it cause much delay in our application? Or worse, will it be cause for a refusal? Just too paranoid right now. ???

Oh by the way, we have a plan to sponsor his sister in the future, that's why it's a much corcern to me. Thanks.

Send a corrected copy of the form to the visa office that is processing the application. Include a letter explaining the situation and why the sister was omitted - he didn't understand the forms, maybe?
