Additional documents

Hi
I finished the medical on March 7 and the biometric on March 31 and on April 1 start processing the eligibility and background and on the same day in the gckey account we needed additional documents to process your application.
But 41 days have passed and I have not been told what documents are required. Is this normal?
Please Help

You will need too call too find out . We needed a different version of our marriage certificate but never got the email. But they told us on the phone
