Hi

I have been asked to provide medical tests along with the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

However, I have also asked to provide the following documents:

New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant

New Schedule A/Background Declaration form

I have already submitted the above two mentioned documents with my application 2-3 years ago. The problem is that I didn't have the copy of original documents submitted 2-3 years ago. (As a result the information might not be exactly the same what I have submitted earlier

Is it mandatory to re-submit the above two documents? Can I ask the Canadian Immigration Authority to consider the forms that I have already submitted?

Looking forward to the reply.

Regards

The reason they have ask form is to feed latest details of yours in their system
They keep up to date andlatest information for each visa applicant
Your information is two yes told and that's big gap
I think you can't excuse you have to submit
And believe me , don't worry about minor variation
That won't affect visa officers decision because they have issue medicLmeansmost of the things are positive.
All the best dea

Thank you for your prompt reply.

There is no change in my circumstances. My family members are the same and I am living at the same address. Can I request the authorities to consider my original documents?

Though it appears cumbersome, you will have to submit the updated forms even if all information have remained the same since you applied 2-3 years ago. I suggest you submit it quickly as sending it early draws PPR closer.

bro I can understand your worries, cuz I have also passed thu the same situ...I also didn't have the copies of the form that I submitted initially. But somehow I filled and sent. I advise you to not go for any excuses, you have to follow the instruction from the VO in letter and spirit. But make sure there are no contradictions, minor are acceptable. You have no chice but to dig in your old record, look for PDF files of the filled forms in your PC if it is lying somewhere, wish you best of luck.
