Today I received an email from CIC to submit IMM5669 and IMM0008 within 7 days.
The email is as follows:

We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:
My UCI and name
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature This must be received at this office by: 2019/04/05
My wife's UCI and name
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature Please provide a full 10 year history from atleast 2008 to present This must be received at this office by: 2019/04/05
IMM 0008 Application: A completed Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) This must be received at this office by: 2019/04/05
I am CEC inland applicant about to finish my 6-month timeline in a week. Wondering whether it is a good sign to get my PPR.
