Adding Spouse in PR application post getting the PNP (Ontario) on a solo profile.

I got a PNP from Ontario (+600 points) for my solo express entry profile even when I was married. My solo profile earned me more points 441 (dual profile was 413 points) and the cutoff for PNP was 435.

Now, post getting the PNP my score is 1035 points and I have got an ITA.

Questions is

Can I add my wife in my Permanent Residency Application? Note that she was not added in my Express Entry Profile.

I do get the option to add my wife in the PR application.

Can you advise what route you chose? Did you add your spouse after PNP nomination but before ITA? Did it go through successfully? There are a lot of people in this predicament, maybe your answer can help.
