@Flozyem , whenever I call them they say only one thing i.e. "to wait " until case officer updates as they can see all the related documents in the file.We are in similar situation ,for our own case our baby is yet to be added to our application since September that we submitted his documents.
I would advise you shouldn't stop at calling them, try to upload the medical again through webform.
They also say that due to Pandemic situation things have changed , processing time has changed and they doesn't give any Estimated timeline for updating of the any files.
