Add a Spouse

Hello,

I sent application for CSQ in nov-2015 that time my marital status was single, Now i want to add a spouse, I have some queries:
In application form point no. 4 (Family members who may or may not be accompanying you in Québec. It is imperative that the principal applicant declare all the members of his family.)
As now spouse is filling up this form do we need to add the name of principal applicant in members accompanying from family,,,,
and, Documents form (A-1520-AA),, This form only principal application has to fill even in case of change in application/adding a spouse... We will be attaching only spouse documents ??? now again principal applicants documents are not required????

I am 2015 qubec's candidate.after I got my file number I added my wife to my application. now I have passed the verification step ,my wife don't want to immigrate to quebec and i want to remove my wife from my application.last week I completed the change form and wrote the sign letter and declare that I ask to remove my wife, actualy I don't have any justification for my decision.
1- Is it enough for my decision and officer accept it ?
2-what do I can to do if officer ask my to send a document?(honestly I don't access to her)
