Active Express entry profile but didn't receive ITA will my study permit gets rejected

I have active Express entry profile with crs 410 but didn't receive ITA so decided to go for MS in Canada
How to convince visa officer that I ll come back to my home country after study
Will express entry profile leads to study permit refusal
Will visa officer able to track my EE profile is it good idea to withdraw profile

I applied with active EE profile and I mentioned it on the letter so that I can be transparent. Waiting for approval
