Ack Receipt, Book and Processing Time

I applied early July and i checked E-cas and it says that they sent the book on early July and started processing time late Sept, its end of October now and i havent received anything yet, is this normal?

You should have at least received the Booklet in mail by now.

Not always. It can take upto 8 weeks to receive the book.

I applied on July 11 and I just got my AOR with the book today.
I believe that you will get yours soon.
