there is a chance that recent test takers will be processed under new rules since if lets say you just took the test your file is still collecting the dust and hasn't moved to the next step, so why would they send it to a judge they might as well have the CJ make the decision?? so in this...

Agreed, it is not required PLUS CIC needs to do the check before the test anyway, so even submitting it they will still need to do a new one before the test...but 10 months that is a lot!!! I hope its just the maximum figure and not the correct one...

Apparently it can take up to 10 months after fingerprints submitted to receive a test in Vancouver, anyone had any similar experiences?
